I received a Psy.D. (Doctor of Clinical Psychology) from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, Ca.  I completed my doctoral internship at Napa State Hospital and postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs/UCSF Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Abuse Program.

I have experience working with a rich and diverse range of ethnic and socioeconomic groups, religions, and sexual orientations.  Past clinical experiences include college counseling, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric treatment, crisis work, and VA treatment. In addition to private practice, I am an Assistant Clinical Professor without salary at UCSF, and a staff psychologist at a psychiatric hospital where I provide individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, and psychotherapy training.
