Psychological Assessment and Forensic Evaluations

I complete psychological assessments and forensic evaluations to clarify diagnoses, assist in treatment planning, or offer an expert opinion in legal cases. I utilize a broad range of psychological tests and instruments which are well established in the literature and provide objective data to support assessment conclusions (i.e. WAIS, MMPI, PAI, Rorschach).

I have a particular specialization in the assessment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Psychological Trauma.  I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in PTSD at the San Francisco Veteran's Hospital in affiliation with UCSF. I am currently a contracted PTSD evaluator for the Veteran's Affairs system, and have extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of trauma in multiple clinical setting.  In the context of forensic evaluations, I am well versed in the assessment of PTSD malingering.
